The Deputy Director must be an individual who not only has extensive management knowledge and experience but also must have a diverse understanding of fields, especially the PR and marketing fields, in order to best support the Company's operations. At the same time, the Deputy Director also needs to equip themselves with insights of Vietnamese market, as well as English proficiency to establish and maintain sustainable relationships with customers, as a result will meet the job requirements and perform well the tasks below:

- Organize the implementation of decisions of the company director;

- Manage daily business activities of the company;

- Develop and implement periodic and long-term business plans and strategies; establish a business network and be responsible for the Company's business revenue;

- Collect, synthesize, analyze and evaluate market information, information about competitors and competitive products; accordingly, make suggestions and recommendations to maintain and develop the Company's business activities;

- Build, develop and maintain the Company's customer relationships; and

- Report on the Company's business performance to the Director.


- Minimumly a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from overseas educational institutions, or an equivalent degree in the field of society and economics related to the job position.

- Have a certain understanding of the fields of advertising, marketing and production and business.

- Excellent in English.


At least 15 years of experience in business operations and familiar with the America and/or Asia business working style and culture.


- Strategic thinking and orientation

- Fluent English skills

- Good communication skills, hardworking, eager to learn


- Salary: Negotiable upon interview

- Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and yearly bonuses based on results, bonuses on holidays during the year based on seniority

- 24 days leave/year

- Annual company trip, in addition to other collective and extracurricular activities.

- Working time: 40 hours/week.
